Lionsheart

Lionsheart

Moving on from Grim Reaper and his second project, the much heavier Onslaught, Steve Grimmett has finally found a home. Lionsheart brings Steve's vocals to their fullest potential, challenging him with more complex and interesting melodies, both vocally and musically. The band is nothing short of phenomenal and the guitarist should have risen through the ranks to take his place among some of the greats, but that did not happen. Lionsheart never landed a deal in the states and precious few people here have ever heard of the band. If you're looking for some of the most impressive blends of neo-classical and just plain in your face metal though, you should shell out the extra couple of bucks for this import. It's worth every penny.
