I find very little that actually rocks on 'The Hand That Rocks'. I don't expect solo albums to sound like the corresponding band member's group efforts. That said, the former Silent Rage vocalist seems to have gone hi-tech pop on this record. Very little redeeming qualities. --johnk5150
