Pink Cream 69
Endangered
Pink Cream 69 has claimed the throne as my favorite band for the past few years, and has consistently proven it with a string of stellar releases. There is not another band I know of that has put back to back to back releases out at this level in the last ten years. PC69 has set the bar incredibly high. That being said, I have to admit, that this album did not have the same immediate impact for me that the last one did. There’s not an individual flaw I could point to, not a bad song to be found, but it lacked the instantly memorable song that the last couple had. After a few listens though, I can safely say without fear of contradiction that this will still be my favorite album of the year. --
