Shy's Tony Mills has been compared to Tony Harnell. The higher register is there, but to my ears, his voice doesn't pack the punch of the TNT vocalist. These 10 pleasing tracks were recorded during Shy hiatus from 1990 to 1995. Not nearly as hard rocking, but still solid. --johnk5150
